Victoria Barangays

Victoria is a philippine municipality. It is located in the province Tarlac in Region III Central Luzon which is a part of the Luzon group of islands. The municipality Victoria is seated about 16 km north-east of province capital City Of Tarlac and about 116 km north-west of Philippine main capital Manila. The geographic coordinates of Victoria are 15° 34' 41'' N, 120° 40' 54'' E.

Administratively the Municipality of Victoria is subdivided into 26 barangays. 4 compose the center of the city wheras the other 22 are in the outlying areas. Some of them are even several kilometers away from the center of the Municipality.

According to the 2007 census, Victoria has a population of 57,085 residents and belongs to the 294 emerging cities and municiplities in the Philippines which have more than 50,000 inhabitants but did not reach 100,000 yet. Based on the number of its inhabitants Victoria is number 366 of the most populous cities of the Philippines and at 209 in Luzon group of islands and at 9 of the most populous cities of province Tarlac. With an area of 111.51 km² Victoria is one of the cities with a smaller urban area. Based on its area area, it ranks as the 11st of the biggest cities of the province of Tarlac.

According to the Philippine income classification for provinces, cities and municipalities Victoria is a 2nd class municipality. The urbanization status of Victoria is classified as partly urban.
