Tinglayan is a philippine municipality in the province Kalinga in Region Cordillera Administrative Region which belongs to the Luzon group of islands. The municipality Tinglayan is seated about 36 km west-south-west of province capital City Of Tabuk and about 300 km north of Philippine main capital Manila.
