San AndresSan Andres is a philippine municipality in the province Quezon in Region IV-A CALABARZON which belongs to the Luzon group of islands. The municipality San Andres is seated about 128 km east-south-east of province capital Lucena City and about 223 km south-east of Philippine main capital Manila. San Andres is a 4th class municipality. Regarding urbanization San Andres is classified as partly urban. San Andres occupies an area of 60.99 km². By the end of 2007 San Andres was the home of 29,216 residents. Thus by average 479.03 people are living on one km². Administratively the Municipality of San Andres is subdivided into 7 barangays. One forms the center of the city wheras the other 6 are in the outlying areas. Some of them are even several kilometers away from the center of the Municipality. The most populous are Alibihaban, Mangero, Tala, Talisay, Poblacion, Pansoy, Camflora.
