Pinili is a philippine municipality in the province Ilocos Norte in Region I Ilocos Region which be­longs to the Luzon group of islands. The municipality Pinili is seated about 26 km south-south-west of province capital Laoag City and about 378 km north of Philippine main capital Manila.

Pinili is a 3rd class municipality. Regarding urbanization Pinili is classified as partly urban. Pinili occupies an area of 89.48 km². By the end of 2007 Pinili was the home of 16,185 residents. Thus by average 180.88 people are living on one km².
