Lower Bicutan is a barangay of the philippine highly urbanized city Taguig City in the province Fourth District in National Capital Region which is part of the Luzon group of islands. The highly urbanized city Taguig City with a population of about 613,343 and its 28 barangays belongs to the urban areas in the Philippines. Lower Bicutan had 79,886 residents by the end of 2007.
