Dingle is a philippine municipality in the province Iloilo in Region VI Western Visayas which belongs to the Visayas group of islands. The municipality Dingle is seated about 36 km north-north-east of province capital Iloilo City and about 437 km south-south-east of Philippine main capital Manila.
Dingle is a 3rd class municipality. Regarding urbanization Dingle is classified as partly urban. Dingle occupies an area of 98.37 km². By the end of 2007 Dingle was the home of 40,828 residents. Thus by average 415.05 people are living on one km².
