Cagwait is a philippine municipality in the province Surigao Del Sur in Region XIII Caraga which belongs to the Mindanao group of islands. The municipality Cagwait is seated about 27 km south-east of province capital City Of Tandag and about 855 km south-east of Philippine main capital Manila.
