Ballesteros is a philippine municipality in the province Cagayan in Region II Cagayan Valley which belongs to the Luzon group of islands. The municipality Ballesteros is seated about 90 km north-west of province capital Tuguegarao City and about 428 km north of Philippine main capital Manila.
